How long does shipping take? +
We ship worldwide from our Tokyo-inspired HQ in 1–2 business days. US orders land in 3–5 days, international takes 7–14. Every box ships with a free sticker — obviously.
Is the mochi really that squishy? +
Yes. Scientifically squishy. Our Strawberry Cloud Mochi is made fresh weekly and vacuum-sealed so it arrives pillow-soft, not freezer-burnt.
Are your snacks authentic Japanese? +
Our candy and gummies are imported directly from Japan. Our mochi is made in-house using traditional mochigome rice and real fruit fillings — the best of both worlds.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options? +
Most of our gummies are gelatin-based, but Ramune Fizz Drops and Matcha Mochi Trio are gluten-free. Full allergen info is printed (adorably) on every pack.
Can I return snacks I didn't vibe with? +
Unopened snacks can be returned within 14 days. But honestly? No one has ever returned the Peach Gummy Bears.
Do you do subscriptions or gift boxes? +
